Information the contact form collects
The contact form on this site asks for your full name, your email address, and a message, which may include any event details you choose to share (such as a date, venue, or type of occasion). Providing this information is entirely voluntary, but it is required in order for us to respond to your inquiry — without a name and a working email address, we have no way to reply to you.
Automatically collected technical information
When you visit this site, some technical information is collected automatically as part of normal web hosting and through Vercel Web Analytics — namely your IP address and the page URL you visited. This is collected in aggregate, cookieless form for the purpose of understanding overall traffic and site performance; it is not used to build an individual profile of you or to track you across other websites.
Purposes of processing
We process the information described above for two purposes only: to respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form, and to operate, maintain, and secure the website itself (for example, understanding aggregate traffic and detecting abuse). We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond these.
If you choose not to provide information
You are never required to use the contact form. If you choose not to provide your name, email address, or message, the only consequence is that we will not be able to respond to an inquiry, since we will not have received one.
Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of third-party service providers to operate this site, and information may pass through their systems as a normal part of that service:
- Resend — used to deliver the email generated when you submit the contact form. The name, email address, and message you submit are transmitted to Resend so that the email can be sent to us.
- Vercel — used to host this website and to provide Vercel Web Analytics, the cookieless analytics service described above.
These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own independent purposes.
International data transfers
Resend and Vercel may process data on servers and infrastructure located outside Israel as part of their standard, global service delivery. This means information you submit may be transmitted to or processed in other countries in the course of being emailed to us or in the course of normal website hosting.
Because this site may be visited by people outside Israel, we apply data protection principles inspired by international standards such as the GDPR — data minimization, purpose limitation, and transparency — as a matter of good practice, in addition to complying with Israeli law.
How long we keep information
Messages submitted through the contact form are kept until the inquiry has been resolved, plus a further six months, after which they are deleted from the inbox. Resend, as our email delivery provider, separately retains its own send logs according to its own retention policy; that retention is managed by Resend and is outside our direct control.
Security measures
This site is served entirely over HTTPS and applies a set of standard browser security headers designed to reduce common web risks — including protections against the site being loaded inside another site's frame, forcing secure connections, and restricting which sources of content the browser is allowed to load. Contact form submissions are delivered to a single inbox that only Eyal Gani has access to; there is no team, agency, or shared account with visibility into submitted messages.
Your rights
You may ask to access the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, ask us to delete it, or object to how it is being used. To exercise any of these rights, email gani.info10@gmail.com and we will do our best to respond promptly.
Minors
This site is not directed at children and is not intended for use by minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has submitted personal information through the contact form, please email gani.info10@gmail.com and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page along with a revised "Last updated" date at the top.
